PRODUCTS About our Scents and Products All of our scented candles are handcrafted with a proprietary blend of soy waxes which create a smooth texture and creamy appearance.  We use 100% cotton wicks that burn clean and are virtually self trimming.  Our carefully selected essence oils are added to each scented candle at the highest percentages; making Candle of Essence™ Candles the most fragrant candles available.  Treat yourself or someone else to the perfect gift for the home; soy candles from Candle of Essence™. 16 oz. Balmoral Jars (NEW) Candle of Essence™ 16 oz. Balmoral Jars were created for those customers who requested a larger candle.  Much research and testing went into handcrafting these most premium jars.  To prolong life of jar candles, burn until wax liquifies to the edge of the container (approximately 2-4 hours).  Always keep wick trimmed to 1/4".  16 oz. Balmoral Jars - 75+ hours. 8 oz. Balmoral Jars Candle of Essence™  8 oz. Balmoral Jars were created by popular demand.  Again, it is very important to burn until wax liquifies to the edge of the container (approximately 2-4 hours).  This will prolong the life of the candle.  Always keep wick trimmed to 1/4".  8 oz. Balmoral Jars - 45+ hours. 4 oz. Travel Tins Candle of Essence™ 16 oz. Balmoral Jars Our 4 oz. Travel Tins were developed for the person on the go, who enjoys a bit of comfort wherever they find themselves.  For best results, burn travel tins for at least 2 hours at a time.  This will allow for a full melt pool and maximum scent throw.  Always trim wick to 1/4" before lighting.  4 oz. Travel Tins - 20+ hours Votives Votives must be burned in correct holders.  Never burn free-standing.  To obtain the best scent throw, candle should liquify on top of holder while burning.  Burn 2+ hours at a time for best scent results.     Votives - 16+ hours Tealights Burn tealights in proper holders.  Always trim wick to 1/4" prior to lighting.     Tealights - 4+ hours Tartlets™ Place tartlets in suitable burner and light an unscented candle beneath. ( or choose a electric type tartlet burner)  Allow tartlet to harden between burnings; it will then pop out of container.  (Putting tartlet burner in freezer for 5 minutes will allow for easy release of tartlet.)  Use a well, ventilated, burner without a lid.  Tartlets™ - 8+ hours scent  Crocks Candle of Essence™ Crocks are free standing and complete.  Again, keep wicks trimmed to 1/4" prior to lighting.  When crock is empty, crock may be cleaned and used with our votives.  Crocks are microwave and oven safe.  Crocks - 20+ hours Accessories Perfect accessories are available to go with many of our candle products.  These items can complete a gift for that special someone or to treat yourself.  See our "Accessories" page for details.
